Rules & Regulations
- Services purchased, will be services rendered
- You are paying for a specific service, not a time slot
- Consult required prior to all service appointments
- Cancellation policy requires 24-48 hours advance notice
- No Additional Guests unless being serviced, or otherwise discussed with your Loctician.
- 25$ Late Fee required, if late 11 minutes or more
- If late 15 minutes or More, You risk an appointment reschedule
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing and refuse service at any time
- Deposits are Non-Refundable
- No Product Refunds
- Damaged Orders will be Replaced, but there are no Returns or Refunds
- Washes are included with every Style Appointment
- We do not Color Hair, but can recommend a Colorist
